Terms of Service

By creating an account, requesting access or paying for a plan, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

ScorePrep AI provides original IELTS and PTE Academic practice material, timed tests, objective marking, AI-generated feedback, vocabulary and grammar drills, study plans and progress analytics.

Every score it produces is an unofficial estimate for study purposes. It is not an official IELTS band score or PTE score, it does not predict one, and it cannot be presented to an institution as evidence of your English level. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to IELTS, the British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment English or Pearson PTE, and their names are used only to describe the exams you prepare for.

• Accounts are created either by an administrator of the platform or automatically when you complete a paid subscription.
• You must give a real email address, keep your password confidential and accept responsibility for activity carried out under your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share logins, sell access or give others your subscription.
• Tell us promptly about any use you did not authorise. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe has been compromised or misused.

Free access includes the learning hub, vocabulary and grammar practice, and short three-question practice sets. Premium is US$5 per month or US$45 per year, billed in advance. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions: Paddle processes your payment, calculates applicable taxes, issues receipts and handles the payment transaction. Premium renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change, and any change is shown on the pricing page before you are charged again. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is added at checkout.

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, republish or redistribute our questions, passages, transcripts, model answers or lessons, in whole or in part.
• Scrape or bulk-download content, or automate access in a way that loads the platform unfairly.
• Attempt to gain access to areas you have not been granted, interfere with the service, or introduce malicious code.
• Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material, or use the platform to prepare answers for someone else's officially proctored exam.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use, or use our AI feedback to produce material that impersonates a real institution.

You keep ownership of the essays, recordings and notes you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them so we can mark them, show you your progress and give you feedback. Our passages, questions, transcripts, lessons and interface are owned byRock Face Limited and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study only.

AI feedback can contain mistakes, including in grammar explanations, suggested vocabulary and model answers. It is a study aid, not professional or academic advice. Check anything you intend to rely on, and never submit an AI-written answer as your own work.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and the free tier may be adjusted. We will not knowingly degrade the service for paying users without notice.

You may stop using the platform at any time and cancel your plan. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and access ends when a subscription lapses or is refunded. You may ask us to delete your account and its personal data.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that scores will be accurate, that any particular exam outcome will result, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost exam opportunities or lost income. Where the law allows a cap, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are the whole agreement about the service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. If we do not enforce something, that is not a waiver. Governing law and jurisdiction are those of the country in which Rock Face Limited is registered, and you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
