Refund Policy

If you subscribe to Premium and decide it is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that payment in full — no reason required, and you do not have to keep using the platform to qualify.

• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Monthly plans that pass the 14-day window are not refunded for the current month, because the study period has already been delivered.
• Annual plans are reviewed case by case after 14 days. If the platform is genuinely unusable for you — a persistent fault, a billing error, or a plan that does not do what the pricing page says — we refund a fair share of the unused year.
• Where your local law gives you a cooling-off or statutory right, that right applies and this policy does not reduce it.

Duplicate charges, a card charged twice, or a charge made after you cancelled are always refunded in full, and we do not wait for a formal request when we spot them ourselves.

Email kumaranup75@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and the last four digits of the card if you can. We confirm receipt, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle, our Merchant of Record — usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When a refund is issued, Premium access ends at once and the account reverts to free access: the learning hub, vocabulary and grammar practice, and three-question practice sets. Your study history is not deleted by a refund; ask us if you would like the account removed entirely.

Nothing in this policy is needed to use the free parts of the platform, and no payment is required to try the learning hub, vocabulary or grammar practice.
